• vet checked 

• distemper shot

• dewormed

• FeLV tested 

• registered 

• require a contract for spaying/neutering, no declawing 

• well socialized 

• genetic testing and echocardiogram completed on parents - happy to share paperwork

You will be required to sign a document that you have read and understand 

MN Statute 325F.791 so you are aware of your rights as a buyer.  MN law protects you for

health, genetics and registration papers.  It is a great law they have if buying from a

MN breeder where most states do not have a similar law. All MN breeders must inform you of

it prior to buying a purebred animal or they are in violation.
